The Trust is registered under Rajasthan Public Trust Act 1959 and enjoys exemption under 80 (G) of the Income Tax Act 1961 for donation in Indian currency. The Trust is also registered with the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt of India for receiving foreign currency donation under Foreign Contribution Regulation Act 2010. Donation in Indian currency may be made by cheque / DD or through NEFT/RTGS in favour of His Highness Maharaja Hanwant Singhji Charitable Trust,
